LOWER OPERATING COSTS, increased occupant comfort, safety and productivity have all been taken into account in the development of Eighth Avenue Place. Pre-certified LEED Platinum and registered in the LEED core and shell program to incorporate sustainable ‘green’ building practices, the towers reflect a whole-building approach to sustainability by focusing on responsible site development, water savings, energy efficiency, materials selection, and indoor environmental quality. The towers will function with an eye towards excellence in cost efficiency and environmental responsibility.
