Work Orders & Service Requests

At Eighth Avenue Place, we are committed to delivering customer service excellence by ensuring your requests are handled promptly and professionally.

To streamline communication and improve your experience, PRISM, our building work order system, allows you to submit and track service requests, receive real-time updates, and communicate directly with our Property Management team.

PRISM access is limited to authorized tenant representatives. If you require assistance, please contact your company’s facility representative, or you may also contact us for assistance by emailing [email protected] or calling the Property Management Office at 403.592.2888.

Our goal is to provide timely responses, transparent updates, and proactive solutions to meet your needs.

Please note that some work orders may incur an additional cost, and work will not proceed until the Tenant Representative has approved the charges.

Common Work Order Issue Types:

  • HVAC: Heating, cooling, ventilation issues
  • Plumbing: Leaks, clogs, water pressure problems
  • Electrical: Lighting outages, power issues, outlet repairs
  • Janitorial: Cleaning concerns, spill response, restroom supplies
  • Access Control: Card reader issues, door malfunctions
  • Elevators: Operational problems, unusual noises, emergency service
  • General Repairs: Furniture, fixtures, flooring, or wall damage
  • IT / Telecom Support: Cabling or connectivity issues
