Eighth Avenue Place offers a range of top-of-the-line amenities for tenant use. From our exclusive, on-site retailers, to our indoor bike room with attached shower facilities, to our state-of-the-art fitness centre and executive car wash, Eighth Avenue Place boasts an extensive inventory of amenities that are unparalleled in convenience and quality.
Our state-of-the-art fitness centre is located on the Plus 15 level of the East Tower and is open seven days a week. The facility includes the latest cardio and strength training equipment, free weights, benches, and work out accessory equipment. The Fitness Centre is open Monday to Sunday, from 5:00 am to 11:00 pm. The fitness support staff are onsite Weekdays from 6:00 am to 6:00 pm, Saturdays, 8:00 am to 1:00 pm, and Sundays no staff. Facility cleaning occurs on weekdays from 6:00 am to 6:00 pm, weekends from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. You can secure a workout by booking here. Please email your waiver to email@example.com.
Our contemporary conference centre is made up of 5 separate breakout rooms with attached kitchen facilities and the latest in AV equipment.
Eighth Avenue Place offers a full on-site concierge service that includes hotel and dining recommendations, building amenity tours, property management related requests and more.
For the convenience and safety of all tenants, all commercial deliveries must flow through our designated messenger office. After the appropriate security measures are met, our in-building messenger will deliver the package directly to your office. Internal Messenger Service is available Monday to Friday from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

For our cyclists, Eighth Avenue Place offers a secure, indoor bike locker located on the P2 Level of the building with an adjoining shower and locker room facilities with complimentary towel service. The bike room is 100% secure and accessible only with a programmed key card.
Day-use lockers are currently unavailable for tenant use on the P2 level.
